Do you take my dental insurance?

If you have dental insurance and benefits, we will gladly submit any claims on your behalf as a courtesy! As a patient of our practice, you will be responsible for the remaining amount that insurance does not cover.

What is your policy on dental x rays?

In order for our team to properly diagnose, treat and provide thorough care, we follow all guidelines put forward by the ADA and FDA for x-rays, without exception. Without all of the necessary medical information, such as x rays, we cannot provide you with the proper dental care that is in your best interest.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We understand that schedules change and adjustments are necessary; therefore we request at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule.

Since these services are reserved specifically for your care, a cancellation fee may apply if adequate notice is not given.

All cancellation fees collected will be donated to the Golisano Children’s Hospital.
